2020 CRICK BOAT SHOW POSTPONED – We have received the following notice from the organisers at Crick Boat Show:
With Crick Boat Show scheduled to take place over the Late May Bank Holiday weekend, we have been closely monitoring the evolving public health advice regarding Covid-19 and the rapidly changing government plans.
The protection of people’s health is paramount and it has become clear that, with the currently projected duration of the Covid-19 outbreak, we need to announce a postponement of the 2020 Show.
Crick Boat Show is such a fundamental part of the inland boating calendar that we are already evaluating plans to hold the Show at a date later in the year. A number of other major events have re-scheduled and we are working as quickly as we can on our own plans. A number of exhibitors have already indicated to us that they favour this delay.
To set a new date we have around 40 key suppliers to coordinate with on their availability and we ask for your support while we evaluate all of the possibilities. We will make a further announcement on the new dates as soon as possible.

Aqua Narrowboats
You are invited to explore our latest bespoke built and Hybrid powered narrowboat ‘Harebell’ at stand F38.
Harebell is a 59ft Semi Traditional stern narrowboat. She is powered by a new Hybrid propulsion system using Lithium Ion batteries, allowing for rapid recharging. As well as having a state of the art propulsion system, she also has a beautifully hand crafted interior fit out in Ash & Oak. Together with her high specification of double glazing, Houdini hatch, extra wide glazed side doors, extending dinette, large galley with integrated appliances, floor lockers, quartz work surfaces, bow thruster plus much, much more she truly is a stunning boat not to be missed. You will also be able to find Aqua Furnishings in our own marquee near stand F38. No need to book to see us at this stand – just come on over when you are ready to see the beautiful pieces we will be showcasing. However if you would like a quote on the day and would like the guarantee of speaking to someone, you can now book an appointment in advance too. From luxury upholstered seating cushions to beautifully designed fabrics for bespoke roman blinds, venetian blinds, roller blinds and curtains all created specifically for boats.

About Crick Boat Show 2020
Crick Boat Show is not only a brilliantly informative weekend for ‘boaty-people’ but an interesting and fun trip for all. From fairground rides for children (and adults) to live music and a variety of food stalls, Crick Boat Show offers entertainment for everyone. The headline act for 2020 is Queen tribute Mercury. You can visit for the day or camp for the whole weekend to really embrace the festival feel.
It’s a busy show with over 25,000 people expected over the four days. Last year was an immensely successful year for Aqua Narrowboats, showing off the 2019 boat build – ‘Shuffle Hop Toe’ – on stand F38 were MD Justin, helped along by other members of the Aqua Narrowboat team.
