Build No.58 – Narrowboat Thistledown. The boat is powered by a serial hybrid system supplied by Ortomarine. She has a 12kw electric motor (18kw peak) powered from a 48v 800Ahr lithium battery bank (LiFePO4). These batteries are recharged by Fischer Panda 8Kva keel cooled Generator, in addition to 1.2kw worth of solar panels on the roof. Remote control Bow thruster and propeller. She is a reverse layout with a saloon at the stern, then breakfast bar into a midships galley, walkthrough bathroom and bedroom in the bow. Diesel Refleks stove and webasto central heating, Double glazing throughout, three glazed side doors, LVT flooring throughout, wine floor lockers, Eye level oven with integrated Washer/Dryer and Fridge. Induction hob, quartz work surfaces in the galley and bathroom, sliding pocket door, and walkthrough bathroom with quadrant shower and macerator loo.

A bespoke 66ft narrowboat. She is powered by a Beta 50 with a Travel power system creating direct 230v when the engine is running. She will be used for holidays and outings and includes a large stern deck for socializing. She is a gas free boat with Lead Carbon batteries, solar power, bow thruster and double glazed Portholes and side doors. The interior consist of two bedrooms (one with a electric lifting drawbridge bed) divided by a walkthrough bathroom, an additional small toilet compartment will divide the saloon and bedroom space, followed by a galley with breakfast bar to seat four. Steelwork has been shot blasted and then two pack spray painted.

Aqua Spirit has been built for a private owner (Sponsor) who has placed her in our hire fleet for the next five season – generating income for both the Sponsor and Aqua Narrowboats. Luxury 58ft narrowboat, built in 2024, continues on with our proven formula for style and quality. The interior is of a modern design that has a bright, contemporary and luxurious look and feel. Internally there is a permanent king size cross bed in bow cabin with wardrobes either side, followed by a bathroom with a basin, toilet and shower. Midship is a permanent twin cabin that can convert to a double on request. The saloon has a large L shaped dinette/ settee converting to either two singles or a double if needed. At the stern there is a beautiful galley area with granite worktops, a full size fridge as well as oven, hob, microwave and kettle. TV/DVD units are provided in the twin bedroom and the saloon. Both bedrooms have wardrobes, additional storage is available under the large L shaped dinette. The semi cruiser stern has two large lockers creating a lovely area to relax and chat whilst cruising. All our boats are centrally heated and the engines are fitted with hospital silencers, to ensure a quieter and more refined cruise.
